Age Long Health
Age Long Health was born out of an examination of my own mortality as well as that of my parents. They are now into their 70's and, although certain bad habits are difficult to break (No more processed sugars and foods with preservatives Dad!), I, with the help of several persons more qualified than myself, examined those changes that they could make in their lifestyle which also led to seeing what changes I could make in my own.
Even though it seems difficult at first, it is really quite easy if you decide to make changes to assist in developing a healthier lifestyle and, hopefully, that will help you on your way to age long health.
